《内经》时气医学是从时间与气的关系出发 ,探讨时间与气在疾病的发生、变化、诊断、治疗、预后判断中的指导地位。它不同于以研究疾病与时间关系为主的时间医学 ,也有别于以研究气象因素对疾病影响为主的气候病理学。

Shi Qi medicine introduced in Inner Canon explored the importance of time and Qi during the process of disease. It was different to not only Chronomedicine, which mainly studied on the relationship between disease and time, but also climatic pathology, which mainly studied on the affection of climate to disease.
