益气抗敏冲剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Yiqi Kangmin Granules on Perennial allergic nasitis

目的 :应用益气抗敏冲剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎。方法 :治疗组口服中药益气抗敏冲剂 (黄芪、白芷、防己、乌梅、甘草等 ) ;对照组口服西药扑尔敏 ,2组对照观察。结果 :观察组有效率为 86 .7% ,同对照组相比疗效无显著性差异 ,但通气功能改善优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且无嗜睡等副作用。结论 :益气抗敏冲剂能改善常年性变应性鼻炎患者过敏体质 ,具有疗效好、副作用低。

OBJECTIVE: To apply Yiqi Kangmin Granules for the treatment of perennial allergic nasitis. METHOD: The treatment group took orally Yiqi Kangmin Granules(composed of Radix Astragaliseu Hedysari, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae, Fructus Mume, Radix Glycyrrhizae , etc) , as control group took chlorpheniramine, then observed the comparison between two groups. RESULT: Compared with control group, the effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%without significant difference, but with good improvement of the aerating function(P<0.05), and there was no side-effect, such as: drowsiness and so on. CONCLUSION: Yiqi Kangmin Granules is effective in improving the allergic physique with the characters of less side effects and convience for taking.
