摘要
目的 :观察康尔爱片诱导人胃腺癌SGC - 90 1细胞凋亡及对P5 3基因表达的影响。方法 :应用流式细胞仪检测康尔爱片体外给药后人胃腺癌SGC - 790 1细胞DNA含量变化和P5 3基因表达情况。结果 :康尔爱片中、大剂量组细胞凋亡百分率分别为 9.0 6 %、96 .32 % ,与对照组相比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;小、中、大 3个剂量组P5 3基因表达率分别为 95 .0 9%、89.47%、5 2 .0 4% ,与对照组相比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :康尔爱片中、大剂量组可以明显诱导人胃腺癌SGC - 790 1细胞凋亡 ,且小、中、大 3个剂量组均可降低突变型P5 3基因表达率。
OBJECTIVE: To observe Kangerai Tablet(KT) in inducing apoptosis of stomach gland cancer cells SGC-7901 and the expression of P 53 gene. METHOD: The effects of KT on DNA synthesis and P 53 gene expression in SGC-7901 were investigated with the help of flow cytometry. RESULT: The apoptosis percents with KT at moderate and large concentration were 9.06% and 96.32% respectively( P <0.01), and P53 gene expressions with KT at small, moderate and large concentration were 95.09%, 89.47% and 52.04% respectively( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: KT obviously induces SGC-7901 apoptosis at moderate and large concentration, and reduces the expression rate of mutant P 53 gene at small, moderate and large concentration.
