针刺足三里对腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Influence of Needling Zusanli on Gastroenteric Functional Recovery after an Abdominal Operation

目的 :促进术后胃肠功能尽早恢复 ,减少术后并发症。方法 :术后 6h即行针刺足三里 ,每日 2次。结果 :治疗组术后胃肠功能恢复的时间较对照组明显提前 (平均约 2 4h) ,经统计学处理 ,2组有明显差异。结论 :针刺足三里能使术后胃肠功能提前恢复 ,减少术后并发症的发生。

OBJECTIVE: To promote gastroenteric functional recovery and reduce complication after an operation.METHOD: Zusanli was punctured 6 hours after operation, two times daily. RESULT: The recovery time of gastroenteric function in treatment group was obviously earlier than that in control group( about 24 hours), there was a significant difference between two groups by statistic analysis. CONCLUSION:needling Zusanli makes the recovery time of gastroenteric function move up and reduce complication after an operation.
