参芪胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Influence of Senqi Capsule on Mouse Immunization

目的 :观察参芪胶囊对免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用6 0 Co照射造模和注射环磷酰胺 ,对体液和细胞免疫功能等指标进行了研究。结果 :参芪胶囊可提高小鼠脾、胸腺指数 ,对抗6 0 Co对小鼠骨髓的抑制作用 ,增强小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫功能。结论 :提示参芪胶囊能提高机体免疫能力 。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the influence of Senqi Capsule on immunologic function. METHOD:Studied the cellular and humoral immunity of Senqi Capsule on the mouse model radiated by 60 Co and mouse with an injection of cyclophosphamide respectively. RESULT:Senqi Capsule increased the spleen and thymus indexes of mouse, resisted the inhibition of mouse marrow by 60 Co and enhanced the nonspecific and specific immunity. CONCLUSION:It indicated Senqi Capsule increased the immunization and enhanced marrow hemopoiesis.
