用正交试验探讨金银花煎煮条件对绿原酸含量的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF DECOCTING METHOD ON CHLOROGENIC ACID CONTENT IN EXTRACT OF FLOS LONICERAE

目的 :探讨金银花最佳煎煮条件 ,提高主要成分的煎出率。方法 :采用正交试验 ,以浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为考察指标 ,对金银花药材的煎煮条件进行优选。结果 :药材过 3 0目筛 ,用 2 0倍于生药材重的水煎煮 3次 ,每次 15min的工艺条件为佳。结论 :以上述方法煎煮 。

OBJECTIVE: To study the decocting condition in an attempt to increase its activecomponent, chlorogenic acid, level in extract of Flos Lonicerae . METHODS: The decocting method was evaluated on basis of extract yield and its chlorogenic acid content by orthogonal design.RESULTS:The best decocting condition is presented as following:the pulverized Flos Lonicerae is immersed in water, in a quantity of 20 flod of its weight, then decocted 15 minutes for 3 times.CONCLUSION:The decocting method described above produced an extract with a highest chlorogenic acid content.
