摘要
传统的词汇语义表达式主要以简单述语动词的论元结构为描写对象,已有的论元结构对于英语来讲实用性较强,但对于汉语则失于粗糙,不能反应汉语动词,特别是动结式细腻复杂的语义关系。英语和汉语的动词体系有着类型学上的区别,英语动词的词汇语义表达式是扁平结构,而汉语动词具有丰富的内部结构,须要用以事件语义学为基础的、更加细化的语义特征组合来表达。
Traditional lexical semantic representation has based itself on the argument structure of conventional predicate verbs.The existing template of argument structure is more applicable to English verb than to Chinese one,resultative compound in particular,whose lexical semantic structure is more complicated.It is assumed that there is a typological difference between English and Chinese verb systems.The lexical semantic representation of English verb is basically in a flat form while that of Chinese verb is multi-structured and has to be depicted with more refined semantic features exploited in event semantics.
