摘要
采用了扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、X射线衍射等方法对熔融煤灰在刚玉耐火板上的渣样进行了测试,并就渣样的形貌、渣样成分及其与刚玉质耐火板之间的高温烧结特性进行了研究。研究结果表明:在还原性气氛下,经1250℃的高温煅烧5 h后,灰渣在耐火板上沉积扩散作用将会达到扩散平衡;在相同的沉积面积上,沉积的灰量越多,为减小与耐火板表面粘结的自由能,扩散进入耐火板表面低温共熔成分越多,贴近耐火板处灰渣的结晶程度变小,煤灰中熔融成分在刚玉质耐火板上的粘连作用越显著。
In order to study the slagging effect of sedimentation action of molten coal ash on corundom liner,the slag samples of the statics high-temperature calcination experiments with different sedimentation weight of coal ash were investigated by scanning electronn microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the slagging samples' properties of morphology and the sintering characteristics between ash compositions and corundum-based refractory liner were studied.The results show that after calcinated for 5 h under reducing atmosphere at 1250 ℃,the sedimentary diffusion of compositions in coal ash on the surface of corundum-based refractory liner will reach the balance.The more the coal ash despite on the same sedimentary area,the more the low-melting eutectic on the surface of the corundum-based liner spread,which make it's crystallinity minish,and strengthen the adhesion effect between coal ash and liner.
