三元Ti_3AlC_2陶瓷的原位合成与表征 被引量:3

摘要 本文利用TiC-Ti-Al体系的原位反应结合热压技术制备Ti3AlC2陶瓷。采用XRD和SEM分析产物的相组成和显微结构,并测量其密度和抗压强度。结果表明:经1450℃/2 h烧结后,产物主要由片状Ti3AlC2相和少量的TiC颗粒组成,密度约4.21 g/cm3,抗压强度达270.358 MPa。 Ti3AlC2 ceramics were fabricated by in-situ hot-pressed technique of TiC-Ti-Al system.The composition and microstructure of the products were investigated by XRD and SEM methods.The density and compression strength were also tested.The results show that after sintered at 1450 ℃ for 2 h,the product consists of layered Ti3AlC2 as the main phase and a little TiC particles,the density is 4.21 g/cm3,and the compression strength reaches to 270.358 MPa.
