摘要
分别用浇注成型和压力成型方法,利用复合胶凝材料胶结高含土建筑垃圾制备试块与硅酸盐水泥胶结试块进行相关性能比较。研究发现:与水泥相比,用复合胶凝剂制备的试块均有明显的早强性能和更高的软化系数及更大的强度。在掺量为建筑垃圾的1/10时,复合胶凝剂制备的压力成型试块28 d强度达浇注成型试块的2.4倍。复合胶凝剂掺量为建筑垃圾的1/12的压力成型试块7 d饱水抗压强度为18.2 MPa,超过普通烧结砖的强度要求,而其制备成本更低。
Compared with silicate cement,complex cement was added to building wastes containing high content of clay to make test blocks with pouring forming and compression forming methods,and the compressive strength were test and discussed.It was found that the test blocks gelling with complex cement have better early strength,larger softening coefficient and higher compressive strength compared with that of silicate cement.When the complex cement content is 1/10 of the building wastes,the 28 d compressive strength of the test block by pouring forming is 2.4 times of that by compression forming,and the 7 d wet compressive strength of test block by compression forming adding complex cement 1/12 content of the building wastes reaches 18.2 MPa,which is larger than that of ordinary baked bricks and the manufacture cost of the test block is lower.
