摘要 本文研究了(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3(BNBT6)陶瓷制备过程中球磨时间对BNBT6粉体和BNBT6陶瓷结构和性能的影响,研究发现:随球磨时间的延长,BNBT6粉体粒径不断减小,s/v不断增加,但变化幅度不断减小,球磨20h后的粉体粒度达到0.20μm,且粒度分布较窄。随球磨时间的延长,用相应粉体制得的BNBT6陶瓷电学性能都随球磨时间的增加先增大后减小,且球磨20 h的粉体制得的BNBT6陶瓷压电性能最好,常温下其压电常数d33达到145 pC/N,kp达到0.305,Qm达到160,介电常数达到1400,介电损耗为0.052(10 kHz)。 Effects of powders milling time on the structure and properties of(Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3(BNBT6) powders and ceramics were investigated.With the increase of powders milling time,the particle size of the powders decreases constantly while s/v of the powders increases gradually,but the change rate of the particle size and s/v is decreasing.The particle size of the powders milled for 20 h attaines 0.20 μm,and the grain-size distribution is narrow.With the increase of powders milling time,all electrical properties of BNBT6 ceramics made by corresponding powders milled for different time increases firstly,and then decreases.At room temperature,the ceramics made by the powders milled for 20 h show superior performance with high piezoelectric constant(d33 = 145 pC/N),high planar coupling factor(kp = 0.305),high mechanical quality factor(Qm = 160),high relative dielectric constant(εr = 1400) and lower dissipation factor(tanδ= 0.052) at a frequency of 10 kHz.
