摘要
宪法作为固化革命成果的重要载体应延续革命期间培养的精神,确保公民参与公共事务、追求公共幸福。全国人大常委会修改《选举法》和《代表法》有利于扩大公民的政治参与,须以此为契机,进一步健全完善宪政体制和权利保障体系,消除公民参与政治生活的障碍,真正实现共商国是、共谋发展、共享成果。
The constitution as an important carrier of curing revolution achievement should continue cultivating the revolutionary spirit, ensure citizen participation in public affairs, and the pursuit of public happiness. The NPC standing committee modify the Electoral law and Deputies law to enlarge the citizen participation in polities, and shall take it as an opportunity, further perfect constitutional system and rights protection system, eliminate citizens to participate in the political life of the obstacle, truly realize project kingdom, collusion development, sharing achievement.
