YXA2.3吸附剂对尿素氮肌酐及砷(Ⅲ)的静态吸附和吸附动力研究

摘要 二乙烯基三胺基氧化纤维素(YXA2.3)的主链结构中的醛基官能团及长链多胺基基团,在透析液中可对一定浓度的肌酐和砷(Ⅲ)溶液分别具有化学吸附能力。为此对肌酐和砷(Ⅲ)进行了静态吸附实验及吸附动力学实验。结果实验温度为37℃,pH值为7的透析液中,肌酐浓度为100 mg.L-1,吸附时间为5.0 h时,其静态吸附容量为3.04 mg.g-1;当选择肌酐浓度分别为40 mg.L-1、70 mg.L-1、90 mg.L-1、100 mg.L-1、130 mg.L-1,吸附时间为5.0 h时,吸附容量分别为2.45 mg.g-1、2.81 mg.g-1、2.94 mg.g-1、3.04 mg.g-1、3.12 mg.g-1。由此建立吸附动力学吸附容量曲线结果表明,在吸附质用量固定时,随着透析液中肌酐含量的增加,吸附容量逐渐增大。在砷(Ⅲ)浓度为0.2μg.mL-1的透析液中,吸附时间为5.0 h时,其静态吸附容量为8.9μg.g-1;当选择砷(Ⅲ)浓度为0.2μg.mL-1、2.0μg.mL-1、10.0μg.mL-1、15.0μg.mL-1、20.0μg.mL-1,吸附时间为5.0 h时,静态吸附容量为8.9μg.g-1、68.4μg.g-1、210.4μg.g-1、311.8μg.g-1、415.0μg.g-1。实验表明,该吸附剂在一定条件下对肌酐溶液和砷(Ⅲ)溶液具有一定的吸附性能。 The main chain of diethylenetriamine oxycellulose(YXA2.3) contains functional group like aldehyde and long chain polyamines group which have the ability of adsorping creatinine and As(Ⅲ)in dialysis solution were studied.The test indicated that when the experimental temperature is 37 ℃,pH value is 7,the creatinine concentration is 100 mg·L-1,adsorption time is 5.0 h,the static adsorption capacity is 3.04 mg·g-1.When taking creatinine concentrations were 40 mg·L-1,70 mg·L-1,90 mg·L-1,100 mg·L-1 and 130 mg·L-1,adsorption time is 5.0 h,the adsorption capacity is 2.45 mg·g-1,2.81 mg·g-1,2.94 mg·g-1,3.04 mg·g-1 and 3.12 mg·g-1.The adsorption kinetics curve of adsorption capacity showed that if the amount of adsorbent is fixed in the adsorbate,the adsorption capacity increases with the dialysate creatinine concentration increased.When the adsorption time is 5.0 h,the concentration of As(Ⅲ)in dialysis solution is 0.2 μg·mL-1,the corresponding adsorption capacity is 8.9 μg·g-1.When the adsorption time is 5.0 h,the concentration of As(Ⅲ)in dialysis solution is 0.2 μg·mL-1,2.0 μg·mL-1,10.0 μg·mL-1,15.0 μg·mL-1and 20.0 μg·mL-1,the corresponding adsorption capacity is 8.9 μg·g-1,68.4 μg·g-1,210.4 μg·g-1,311.8 μg·g-1 and 415.0 μg·g-1.The results indicated that the adsorption have the adsorping ability for creatinine and As(III) at certain conditions.
