摘要
地震是造成人民生命和财产损失最严重的自然灾害之一。地震灾害对社会基础设施的破坏信息对救灾和重建工作至关重要,遥感技术能在其中发挥重要的作用。文中回顾了地震应急工作的发展历程和遥感技术应用于地震灾情调查的几个阶段,并进行了系统的总结。在总结汶川地震遥感应急工作特点的基础上,讨论了地震应急和评估中遥感应急工作的主要内容和发展趋势。
Earthquake is one of the worst natural disasters causing people＇s lives and property loss.Remote sensing technology can play an important role in gathering information of social infrastructure damage which is crucial for relief and reconstruction work after strike.In this paper,we review and summarize the history of earthquake emergency and remote sensing technique applied in earthquake disaster survey.By summarizing remote sensing technique used in Wenchuan earthquake emergency damage survey,we discuss the development trend of earthquake damage evaluation and remote sensing emergency.
