居住小区是城市的基本构成。小区居住环境的优劣,首先取决于规划方案的好坏。而小区规划又是小区建设的先行,是影响小区建设水平的重要环节。浅析了小区规划设计过程中以后小康人居模式为目标时需要注重的几个问题。
Urban residential quarter is a very important basic component of our city.The quality of the living environment in the urban residential quarter primarily depends on the planning scheme.The planning,which happens at first,affects the quality of the urban residential quarter.According to the principle of the Post Fairly Comfortable Life,the article discusses some important factors presented in the stage of planning.
