摘要
针对主楼内部带商业用房的局部错层剪力墙结构,通过可靠的理论分析,采用合理的计算模型,采取细致的抗震构造措施,安全、经济地完成工程设计。同时,建议新规范对局部错层剪力墙结构的适用高度有明确的规定,SATWE程序完善错层剪力墙稳定性验算。
A High-rise building for inner commercial occupancy with shear wall structure and local staggered floors was designed in this paper.A reasonable model of this building was established,and its seismic response was analysed theoretically.Details of seismic and other seismic measures in this structure were concerned and designed.Some suggestions on design and analysis about this type structure were proposed
