摘要
针对施工企业在签订、履行合同中常见的问题,进行系统归纳总结,并提出相应的防范措施,规避其诉讼风险损失。
Aiming at common problems in signing and performing contract for construction enterprise,this paper summarizes them systemically,and proposes preventive measures to avoid litigation risk loss.
