分析当前建设工程造价管理存在的问题,以及招投标环节造价管理应用不足对项目投资的影响,并提出对策建议,以期为建设工程招投标和造价管理的协调、健康发展指引方向。

Analyzes the existing problems in construction cost management,as well as the influence on project investment due to the deficiency of cost management in bidding stage,and proposes some countermeasures,to guide the coordinated and healthy development of bidding and cost management in construction project.
