摘要
基于工程结算工作的经验,从工程量清单计价方式、固定总价合同约定方式的概念分析入手,结合工程案例,对工程量清单计价方式下固定总价合同结算中存在的问题和原因进行分析,并研究提出具体结算办法。
Based on the experience of engineering settlement work,analyzes the concepts of bill of quantity pricing type and fixed-price contract method.Combining with the case,discusses the problems and reasons of fixed-price contract under bill of quantity,and researches the specific settlement measures.
