介绍广州市实行招投标全过程电子化管理、推行企业诚信综合评价体系、资格后审、现场摇珠等实践经验,通过评标案例剖析易发生围标串标的环节,并提出对策建议。
Introduces the practical experiences of Guangzhou as follow,carrying out the full process computerize management in construction bidding,implementing credibility and integrity evaluation system,post-qualification and shaking bead in site.Analyzes the links in which the surround bidding and colluding bidding are liable to take place,and puts forward some countermeasures.
