摘要
设计合成具有α,β-不饱和羰基结构的新型防腐剂马来酸单(邻甲氧羰基)苯酯,并对它的抑菌活性进行研究。研究结果表明在马来酸酐和水杨酸甲酯摩尔比为1∶1.4、反应温度140℃、反应时间1.5 h、催化剂硫酸占总物料量的质量分数为6%的条件下,产品收率达到56.6%。抑菌活性试验表明:马来酸单(邻甲氧羰基)苯酯对牛奶酸败混合菌的生长具有良好的抑菌能力,抑菌效果优于富马酸单甲酯,接近苯甲酸。
A new preservative mono(2-methoxycarbonyl-phenyl) maleate containing α,β-unsaturated carbonyl group was designed and synthesized.The antimicrobial activity was also studied.The optimum synthetic conditions of mono(2-methoxycarbonyl-phenyl) maleate were as follows: Maleic anhydride and methyl salicylate(molar ratio 1:1.4) reacted at 140℃ for 1.5 h,the amount of catalyst sulfuric acid was 6% of the total mass of reactants.Yield of product is 56.6%.The experiment of inhibiting activity showed that it exhibited higher antimicrobial activity than monomethyl fumarate for the grows of mixed culture,closed to benzoic acid.
