蚕蛹中水溶性蛋白最佳提取工艺技术研究 被引量:2

Study on Optimum Extraction Processing Technology of Water-soluble Proteins from Silkworm

摘要 试验以新鲜蚕蛹为原料,通过石油醚索氏抽提去除脂肪获得粗蚕蛹蛋白后,采用单因素分析的方法,以蛋白质吸光度值为指标,分别对提取温度,提取时间,提取液pH值,提取液离子浓度,提取液与蚕蛹粗蛋白固液比等因素对于水溶性蚕蛹蛋白提取率的影响进行了研究。再通过正交试验设计确定出了水溶性蚕蛹蛋白的最佳提取条件。结果表明,水溶性蚕蛹蛋白的最优提取条件为:提取温度25℃,提取时间2 h,提取时pH为8,提取时离子浓度为2﹪,提取时固液比1∶15。 In this paper,fresh silkworm as raw materials,to get crude chrysalis protein removed fat by petroleum ether Soxhlet extraction,single-factor analysis method was used,protein absorbance value was target,and they were studied that extraction temperature,extraction time,extraction pH,extracting concentration,solid-liquid ratio affected extraction rate of water-soluble protein.Then optimum extraction condition were identified by orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of water-soluble pupa protein were extraction temperature 25℃,extraction time 2 h,pH 8,extracted concentration 2%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15.
