齿瓣石斛脂溶性成分的GC-MS分析

Analysis of Liposoluble Constituents from Dendrobium Devonianum by GC-MS

齿瓣石斛全草用甲醇进行提取,甲醇提取物加水后,用乙酸乙酯萃取。乙酸乙酯部分进行硅胶柱层析,石油醚洗脱部分得其脂溶性成分,然后通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对其中的化学成分进行分析鉴定。通过计算机检索,鉴定了其中的48个化合物,占脂溶性成分总量的95.59%,主要为泪柏醇、烷烃和芳香族物质。含量大大成分为泪柏醇(31.34%)、正二十三烷(17.77%)、正二十二烷(6.77%)、正二十一烷(5.43%)、正二十烷(5.21%)、正十九烷(4.73%)、正十八烷(2.99%)和6-二特丁基-4-甲基苯酚(1.05%)等。

The whole plants of Dendrobium devonianum were powdered and extracted with MeOH for six times.The extract was concentrated,added with water and then partitioned with EtOAc.The EtOAc part was chromatographed directly on a silica gel column and eluted with a gradient of petroleum ether and EtOAc（1：0 to 0：1）.The petroleum ether elution was concentrated and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.48 components were identified from the liposoluble fraction,representing 95.59% of the total constituents.The major components from the liposoluble fraction of D.devonianum were manool,alkanes and aromaticas,with manool（31.34%）,n-tricosane（17.77%）,n-docosane（6.77%）,n-heneicosane（5.43%）,n-eicosane（5.21%）,n-nonadecane（4.73%）,n-octadecane（2.99%） and butylate hydroxy toluene（1.05%） as major constituents.
