复方净手消毒凝露的消毒效果和毒性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究三氯羟基二苯醚和异丙醇复方净手消毒凝露的消毒效果及相关毒性。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验、消毒现场试验和动物毒性试验方法进行消毒效果和毒性评价。结果:该消毒凝露对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种作用0.5 m in,杀灭对数值均>4.00。用该消毒凝露对志愿者手及前臂皮肤进行擦拭消毒1.0 m in,对手部皮肤自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。经口毒性试验雌雄大鼠LD50>5000 mg/kg BW;其原液对家兔皮肤刺激指数为0;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核突变作用;亚急性毒性试验中,一般生理体征未见异常,血常规、血清生化指标无异常,脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。结论:该消毒凝露具有较好的消毒效果;属于实际无毒级,无皮肤刺激性,无明显亚急性毒性和遗传毒性。 Objective:To study the disinfection efficacy and toxicity of the compound hand-cleansing disinfection gel containing triclosan and isopropyl alcohol.Methods:Suspension quantitative germicidal test,field experimental and animal test were used to carry out laboratory observation.Results:The killing logarithm values of Staphy lococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Candida albicans and Mycobacterium Chelonae subsp abscessus in suspension exposed to the compound hand-cleansing disinfection gel for 0.5 min were4.00.The killing logarithm value of the natural bacteria on skin of hands of volunteers after wiping disinfection of their forearms and hands with the compound hand-cleansing disinfection gel for 1.0 min was1.00.The LD505000 mg/kg·BW on SD rat.No irritation was found on intact skin of rabbits test.No mutant effect was found in mice red blood cells.According to subacute toxicity test,the compound hand-cleansing disinfection gel did not cause abnormalities of growth and blood routine examination.No observable abnormity was found during pathological examination of viscera.Conclusion: The compound hand-cleansing disinfection gel present innocuity was non-irritating to animal skin,which has no significant subacute toxicity and genetic toxicity but has good disinfection efficacy.
