摘要
目的:在国标法双乙醛草酰二腙分光光度法的基础上,建立一种可以快速测定饮水中痕量铜的方法。方法:在pH 9的条件下,水中铜离子与双环已酮草酰二腙反应生成蓝色络合物,颜色的深浅与铜离子的含量在一定浓度范围内成正比。根据颜色的深浅在605 nm下比色定量。结果:方法最低检测浓度为0.04 mg/L;对低,中,高三个浓度,每个浓度6次的精密度实验表明,其RSD%分别为1.7%,1.2%和1.3%;6次盲样测定的相对误差在0.8%~2.3%之间。结论:该方法比国标法简便,快速,可以用于水中痕量铜的测定。
Objective:To establish a quick-detected method of determing copper in drinking water based on GB/T 5750.6-2006.Methods:Cu2+ reactes with biscyclohexanone oxaldihydrazone in pH9 water solutions to generate one kind of blue chelate compounds which can be detected at 605nm using spectrophotometry.Results: The LOQ of this method is 0.04mg/L and the RSD% of three different concentrations is 1.7%,1.2% and1.3% respectively.The relative error of 6 blind samples is between 0.8% and 2.3%.Conslusion:The method can be used to determine trace copper of drinking water.It is more convenient and quicker than the national standard method.
