摘要
目的:建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定食盐中钡的方法。方法:样品经溶解后,溶解液中的钡用硫酸沉淀过滤、清洗,以去除氯化钠的干扰,硫酸钡在碱性EDTA溶液中煮沸溶解,在波长553.6 nm处用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:钡浓度在5.0 mg/L^150 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),方法的检出限为5.3 mg/kg。测定样品的相对标准偏差在2.1%~4.6%之间,回收率在87.8%~98.4%之间。结论:该方法简便、快速和准确,具有较好的实用性。
Objective:To establish a method to determine barium content in edible salt by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods: Barium ion in sample was deposited with sulfuric acid then filtrated in order to remove the interference of sodium chloride.The precipitation was dissolved in the boiling EDTA in ammonium alkaline medium.Determination was performed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry at a wavelength of 553.6 nm.Results: This method had good linearity(r=0.9996) for the concentration of barium ranged from 5.0 mg/L~150 mg/L.The method detection limit was 5.3 mg/kg.The RSD ranged from 2.1%~4.6% and the average recoveries were between 87.8%~98.4%.Conclusion: This method has been successfully applied to determination of barium in edible salt for its simplicity,rapidity and accuracy.
