摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定食品中的甲醛含量。方法:试样经水萃取,以2,4-二硝基苯肼为衍生剂,生成2,4-二硝基苯腙,HPLC进样,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:甲醛浓度在0.21μg/m l^104μg/m l范围内与其衍生物峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)。方法最低检出浓度为0.20 mg/kg。在添加浓度为1.0 mg/kg^50 mg/kg时,回收率为83.2%~115%。结论:HPLC法检测食品中的甲醛,定量准确,灵敏度高。但尚缺乏各类食品中甲醛本底值的权威数据,今后需加紧收集相关数据。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for quantitation of formaldehyde in food.Methods: Samples were leached with water and centrifugalized,then the formaldehyde in upper centrifugate was derivatized with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) and determined by HPLC with external standard calibration method.Results: This HPLC method exhibited a linear relation within 0.21 μg/ml^104 μg/ml formaldehyde content(r=0.9998).The minimum detectable limit of this method was 0.20 mg/kg.Furthermore,the recoveries of formaldehyde were 83.2%~115% while the contents of added standard were 1.0 mg/kg^50 mg/kg.Conclusion: This is a simple,accurate and reliable HPLC method for determination of formaldehyde in food.But the values of formaldehyde in food are lacked.We should collect these values as soon as fast.
