摘要
目的:为做好微生物实验室生物安全工作,评估实验室废弃物高压蒸汽灭菌效果进行初步尝试。方法:利用建立的一次性塑料琼脂平板废弃物模型,探讨不同灭菌时间、包装容器、包装方式的灭菌效果比较。结果:使用金属筐作为灭菌容器且将高压灭菌袋敞开的实验组,均可达到灭菌要求。结论:该模型能很好地模拟实际工作的实验废弃物的处置状况。通过对该模型在不同灭菌条件下高压蒸汽灭菌效果测试得到的数据可用于评价今后的感染性废弃物高压灭菌工作。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of microbiology laboratory′s autoclave operating procedure.Methods:In this study,the modal was intended to simulate agar plates removed from microbiology laboratory.We investigated the effects of several variables related to autoclaving the modal,including time,packing container and packing method.Results:It indicated that using the metal basket as packing Container and openning the autoclavable bag′s neck could have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the decontamination process.Conclusion:The model of agar plates could simulate microbiology laboratory′s waste very well.The data from this study could be used to assess the disposal of infectious waste in the future.
