HBV血清标志物(乙肝五项)与HBV前S1抗原联合检测的临床价值分析

A clinical value of analysis: HBV serum markers(Hepatitis B five items) and Pre-S1 antigen joint test

目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1抗原(Pre-S1)与HBV血清标志物(乙肝五项)之间的关系,并分析联合检测的临床价值。方法:共检测1246例患者血清标本,乙肝五项采用时间分辨荧光免疫技术,Pre-S1采用酶联免疫法,对测定结果进行比较分析。结果:大三阳组前S1抗原(+)检出率为91.1%均高于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而(HbsAg+、HbeAg-)各组中Pre-S1仍分别有66.7%、48.8%、40.5%的阳性率,HbsAg-组没有检测出Pre-S1+。结论:PreS1是HBV感染与复制的可靠指标,可弥补乙肝五项检测的缺陷,尤其对于HBeAg阴性的乙肝患者临床应用价值更大,二者联合检测有助于乙型肝炎的早期诊断,可以为指导临床治疗提供更及时可靠的实验依据。

Objective：In front of goal discussion second grade hepatitis virus（HBV） the S1 antigen（Pre-S1） with the HBV blood serum designated object（hepatitis B five items） the between relations,and analyzes the union examination the clinical value.Methods： Altogether examines 1246 example patient blood serum specimen,the hepatitis B five items uses the time resolution fluorescence immunity technology,Pre-S1 uses the enzyme joint immunity law,carries on the comparative analysis to the determination result.Results： The big three positive group of front S1 antigen（＋） picks out rate is 91.1% is higher than other each group,the difference has statistics significance（P0.01）,but（HbsAg＋,HbeAg-） each group of Pre-S1 still separately had 66.7%,48.8%,40.5% masculine genders rate,the HbsAg-group has not examined Pre-S1＋.Conclusion： PreS1 is the HBV infection and the duplication reliable target,may make up the hepatitis B five examinations the flaws,is especially bigger regarding the HBeAg negative hepatitis B patient clinical practice value,the two union examination is helpful to the second grade hepatitis early diagnosis,may provide the prompt reliable experimental basis for the instruction clinical treatment.
