Test of clinical contraceptive effects of Nanometer-silver birth-control foam

目的:观察纳米银泡沫型气雾剂的临床效果及不良反应,探讨其适用性。方法:给552例自愿受试者使用纳米银泡沫型气雾剂进行避孕,回访统计受试者的使用情况及临床效果。结果:受试者使用纳米银泡沫型气雾剂后,避孕成功率高,不良反应率小,自愿续用率也较高。结论:纳米银泡沫型气雾剂是安全、可靠、高效、方便的外用避孕制剂,其续用率优于传统产品。

Objective：The object of this essay is observing the clinical effects and the untoward effects produced by Nanometer-silver birth-control foam and researching its applicability.Methods： Nanometer-silver birth-control foam was used to contracept 552 volunteers,investigating the service conditions and the clinical effects.Results： The volunteers who used Nanometer-silver birth-control foam got a high birth-control rate and a low untoward effects rate.The majority of these volunteers would like to continue to use this foam as regular contraceptive.Conclution： Nanometer-silver birth-control foam is safe,reliable,effective and convenient contraceptive for external application.Its continuation rate is higher than other traditional birth-control products.
