人细小病毒B19阳性再障患者一些细胞因子变化

The Changes of Some Cytokines in Palients with Aplastic Anemia Induced by Human Parvovirus B19

摘要 为探讨人细小病毒B19(HPVB19) 所致再生障碍性贫血(AA) 的免疫学改变, 应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测AA 患儿血清白细胞介素8 和6 (IL8、IL6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα) 及干扰素α(IFNα) 水平。结果: AA 患儿上述各免疫指标水平均显著高于正常对照组(P< 0-01 或P< 0-05) 。其中HPVB19 阳性AA 组IL8 水平亦高于HPVB19 阴性组, 而IL6、TNFα及IFNα两组间无差异。对HPVB19 AA组作直线相关分析显示, IL8 与TNFα和IFNα呈正相关, TNFα与IL6 呈正相关(r 分别为0-565 、0-603 及0-860, P< 0-01) 。提示: HPVB19 所致AA 患儿有明显的免疫功能紊乱, 多种细胞因子, 特别是IL8 可能在其免疫病理机制中起一定作用。 To explore the immunological changes of aplastic anemia (AA) induced by human parvovirus B19(HPV B19),the serum levels of IL 8,IL 6, TNF α and IFN α were detected in AA patients by using ELISA It was found that the serum levels of the above mentioned cytokines were significantly higher in AA patients than those in normal control The IL 8 level was also higher in HPV B19 positive AA group than that in HPV B19 negative AA group ( P <0 05) Furthermore,the level of IL 8 was positively correlated with TNF α and IFN α,and that of TNF α was positively correlated with IL 6 in HPV B19 positive AA group ( r =0 565,0 603 and 0 860,respectively, P <0 01) Thus,there are obvious immunological disorders in patients with AA infected with HPV B19 and several cytokines specially IL 8 might be involved in the immunopathogenesis of this disease
