摘要
本文将从私募基金的特点分析入手,研究当今世界各国对私募基金的两类主要监管模式及其优劣,为我国私募基金监管模式的选择和构建提出一些参考建议。
The paper starts with analyzing the features of private funds,studies the two main current regulatory patterns and pros and cons,and brings forward some suggestions on the choice and construction of China＇s private fund regulatory pattern.
