经阴道修补加固术治疗中重度直肠前突的临床研究

Transvaginal Rectal Repair and Fixation Procedure in the Treatment of Mid- and Severe Rectocele. Clinical Study

为观察和评价经阴道修补加固术治疗中重度直肠前突的临床疗效，将60例中重度直肠前突患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组行经阴道修补加固术，对照组行经直肠修补术，观察比较两组患者的近远期疗效、术后出血、肛门坠胀疼痛及感染情况。结果显示，治疗组术后3个月及1年总有效率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．05；且治疗组患者术后出血、肛门坠胀疼痛及感染的总发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，与经直肠修补术相比，经阴道修补加固术治疗中重度直肠前突具有术后并发症少、疗效稳定、远期疗效好等优点。

In order to observe and evaluate the clinial therapeutic effect of transvaginal rectal repair and fix- ation procedure for mid-and severe rectocele,authors divided the 60 patients randomly into two groups： treatment group and controlled group;the patients of treatment group received above mentioned procedure, while the patients of controlled group received transanal rectal repair procedure; then shorter-term and long-term curative effects, postoperative bleeding, and tenesmus pain of anus, as well infection status of both groups were observed and compared each other. As results, in treatment group the total effective rates at 3 months and 1 year after operation were significantly higher than that in controlled group（ P d0.05） while the total incidence rates of postoperative bleeding,and tenesmus pain of anus,and infection were sig- nificantly lower than that in controlled group（ P d0.05）. Results show that compared with transanal ree tal repair the procedure of transvaginal rectal repair and fixation has such advantages as less postoperative complication, stable therapeutic effect, better long-term therapeutic effect ,and so on.
