综合护理干预缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛的效果观察

Combined Nursing Intervention for Relieving Postoperation Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids Patient： Observation On the Efficacy

为探讨综合护理干预在缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛方面的效果，选择混合痔手术患者60例，按入院顺序单双数分为干预组和对照组，各30例。干预组患者在常规护理基础上同时给予综合护理干预，包括心理支持、呼吸训练。音乐疗法、排便护理；对照组患者只接受常规护理。采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）对两组患者疼痛程度进行评价，并进行对比分析。结果显示，干预组术后24h、48h、3d、7dVAS评分均低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，综合护理干预可以有效缓解混合痔患者术后建痛。

In order to explore the relief efficacy of postoperative pare in mixed hemorrlaolds patient by using Combined nursing intervention,author selected the 60 patients and divided them into two groups（intervention,eontrcolled groups） in the odd or even numbers of admitted sequence（ n =30,each group）. Based o^i routine nursing the patients of intervention group were also given the combined nursing intervention,inclu- di^ag psychological support, respiratory training, music therapy and defecation nursing, while the patients o.f controlled group alone received routine one;then, the pain degree of both groups were evaluated byusing VAS table,and compared ＆ analysed each other. As results,at the 1,2,3,7 days after the operation the score rating of VAS method in intervention group were all lower than that in controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）. Above results ：show that the combined nursing intervention could effectively relieve postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients.
