直肠癌新辅助治疗的研究进展
摘要
近年来，随着手术技术的不断改进，尤其是全直肠系膜切除（totalmesorectalexcision，TME）技术推广以来。患者的保肛率、长期生存率得到明显的提高。但是，术后局部复发仍然是一个不容忽视的问题，尤其是直肠癌灶侵犯深达全层、淋巴结转移或肿瘤切缘周边阳性的患者，盆腔或局部复发的机会仍然比较大。
