视网膜前膜白细胞介素-8的免疫组织化学观察

An immunohistochemical study of IL-8 in epiretinal membranes

目的 观察增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (Proliferativevitreoretinopathy ,PVR)的视网膜前膜 (epiretinalmembranes ,ERM)中白细胞介素 8(interleukin - 8,IL - 8)的表达。方法 用免疫组织化学方法对 19例复杂性视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割术时剥离的ERM进行观察。结果 IL - 8在 11例ERM中表达 ,尤其以细胞外基质中明显。结论 IL - 8可能参与了PVR的发生。

Objective To investigate the expression of the interleukin-8(IL-8)in epiretinal membranes(ERM)of eyes with proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR).Methods Nineteen epiretinal membranes were obtained from 19 eyes undergoing vitrectomy for retinal detachment complicated with PVR and observed by immunohistochemistry.Results IL-8 was expressed in 11 membranes with positive staining mostly in extracellular matrix of epiretinal membranes.Conclusion IL-8 might be involved in the development of PVR.
