摘要
以十聚钨酸季铵盐([Bmim]_4W_(10)O_(32))为催化剂,30%H_2O_2为氧化剂,研究环己醇催化氧化生成环己酮的反应,考察反应时间、反应温度、30%H_2O_2和催化剂用量的影响。结果表明,在80℃、催化剂用量0.065 mmol、30%H_2O_2用量75 mmol、环己醇用量50 mmol和回流反应6 h的条件下,环己醇转化率为75.0%,环己酮选择性达90.7%。反应结束后,催化剂不溶于反应体系,通过简单过滤即可回收,重复使用3次后其活性基本不变。通过IR和XRD对反应前后的催化剂进行表征,结果表明,催化剂反应前后的结构未发生明显变化。
Catalytic oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone catalyzed by quaternary ammonium decatungstate with 30%H2O2 as the oxidant was investigated.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,the dosage of the oxidant and the catalyst were studied.The results showed that cyclohexanol conversion of 75.0% and the selectivity to cyclohexanone of 90.7% were attained under the optimum reaction condition as follows:cyclohexanol 50 mmol,catalyst dosage 0.065 mmol,30%H2O2 amount 75 mmol,reaction temperature 80 ℃,reflux reaction time 6 h.After reaction,the catalyst was insoluble in the reaction system and could be recycled after simple filtration and the catalytic activity had little change after repeated use three times.The structures of the catalyst before and after reaction characterized by IR and XRD had no obviously changes.
