摘要
由于开关磁阻电机(SRM)及其功率变换器的非线性,以及控制参数的多样性,使得SRM参数的优化设计比较复杂,转矩脉动比较明显。本研究将转矩分配函数法引入开关磁阻电机的直接转矩控制策略中,设计了有效的转矩分配函数和基于单神经元自适应PID控制策略的速度调节器。以TMS320LF2407A数字信号处理器为控制核心,设计开发了具有智能控制方法的高精度SRM系统。试验结果证明,该系统结构简单、可靠,运行效率高,具有很好的静、动态特性。
Because of the nonlinearity of switched reluctance motor(SRM) and its power converter,the optimization of control parameters is a very complex problem,and the torque ripple is very seriously.A direct torque control strategy based on torque share function of switched reluctance motor is derived in this paper.The torque share function and adaptive PID speed controller based on single nerve unit are designed.A SRM system based on TMS320LF2407A is designed.Practical operation experiments are performed on a 3 kW SRM with 8 stator poles and 6 rotator poles.The results show that the system is simple,and has an excellent performance.
