进气门相位对无节气门负荷控制汽油机性能的影响

摘要 在自主开发的进排气门升程和相位全可变4VVAS(4 Variable Valve Actuation System)单缸汽油机上,开展了进气门相位调整对气门升程控制负荷汽油机性能影响的试验研究。研究了不同进气门开启时刻对泵气损失以及燃烧过程的影响,分析了进气门相位对燃油经济性和排放的影响。研究结果表明,采用进气门早开的控制策略,可以明显降低换气过程的泵气损失;与节气门控制相比,在部分负荷泵气损失可以降低20%~30%,指示燃油消耗率降低3%~12%;进气门开得越晚,泵气损失越大,油耗就会增加。 In the paper,tests of valve phase adjustment were carried out on a single-cylinder research engine equipped with 4VVAS(4 Variable Valve Actuation System) cylinder head.The effects of the intake opening timings on pump loss and combustion process were studied,the fuel economy and exhaust emission were analyzed.Test results show that pumping loss can be reduced by 20%~30% based on using the early intake valve open,and a 3%~12% of fuel consumption benefit can be obtained.
