摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定人体血清中海洛因的浓度。方法 :用反相C18 柱 ,0 12 %三氟乙酸水溶液 (A)和100 %甲醇 (B)为流动相 ,B :0 %~80 % ,6min ,流速 :1ml/min ,进行梯度洗脱 ,285nm检测。结果 :海洛因的线性范围为1 56~400ng/μl,γ=0 9997 ,最低检测浓度为0 015ng/μl,平均回收率108 45 % ,RSD为7 29 % (n=5)。结论 :本法操作简单、快速。
OBJECTIVE:To study the use of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to determine heroin in serum.METHODS:The reverse C18 column was used.The mobile phase was 0 12%TFA(A)and 100% methanol(B),B:0%~80%,6 min,the flow rate is 1ml/min,after grade wash out,detecting at 285nm.RESULTS:The linear range was from 1 56 to 400 ng/μl,γ=0 9 997; The lowest concentration of detection was 0 015 ng/μl.The average recovery was 108 45%,RSD was 7 29%(n=5).CONCLUSION:This method is not only sensitive and rapid but also easy to operate.
