Applied Anatomy of Small Needle Scalpel Therapy for Injury of Superior Cluneal Nerves

在３０例成尸腰臀部标本上解剖观测了髂嵴上下的臀上皮神经与伴行血管，以及髂嵴区腰臀部筋膜等有关结构，研究探讨了产生臀上皮神经卡压损伤症的解剖学机制；提供了较为合理的针刀治疗臀上皮神经损伤症的手术进路。

The local anatomy of the superior cluneal nerves and vessels and the fascia propria on the iliac crest has been observed in 30 adult lumber and cluneal speimens,for studing the anatomical mechanism of the injury of superior cluneal nerves in the tunel.The rational direction for small needle scalpel therapy is described and the structures which should refrain from being injured during the operation are pointed out.The result provides the reference for clinical treatment.
