摘要
手舟骨骨折导致骨不连为骨科难题之一，本研究通过５０侧成人上肢标本的研究，设计了以骨间前动脉腕背支外侧终支、桡侧骨皮支为蒂的骨膜瓣、骨膜骨瓣用于转位治疗手舟骨骨折的新术式。
The nonuion of navicular bone due to fracture is one of the difficult cases in orthopedics. In this paper,50 sides of adult upper limb specimens has been studied.A new operative method has been designed for treating the fracure of middle navicular bone.The transposition of bone flap and periost with the lateral end branch and radial osseous-cutaneos branch of the dorsal carpal branch of anterior inerosseous artery has been used.
