摘要
以经验分析法对"十五"期间高校技术合同的变化趋势进行评估,研究了其驱动原因,归纳总结高校技术转移中几个常见问题,如知识产权归属、合同签订、职务发明等.以建立有效的管理体系和激励机制为侧重点提出了加强技术转移过程中知识产权管理的几点建议.
It makes an evaluation on the change tendency of technological contracts in universities during the 10th Five-year Plan period with empirical analysis,and studies the cause of the changes.It summarizes several frequently appeared problems in technology transfer,such as the ownership of intellectual property,contract signing,employment invention,etc.It puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the intellectual property protection during the process of technology transfer focusing on the establishment of effective management system and motivation mechanism.
