摘要
就教师科研现状,对某大学商务学院教师科研需求、动力进行了调查和案例分析,提出建立科学的评价机制、改革教师管理制度、创造良好的学术环境、拓宽研究项目来源渠道和加强国际交流与合作等对策建议,以促进教学与科研的协调发展.
To understand the status of scientific research of college teachers,it makes a survey and a case analysis on the needs and driving forces for scientific research of college teachers.In order to promote the coordinating development of teaching and scientific research,it puts forward some suggestions,including constructing the evaluation mechanism,reforming management systems,creating good research atmosphere,extending sources and channels of research projects,and strengthening international communications and cooperations.
