摘要
本文阐述了轧机轧钢时产生的无功冲击、谐波电流等对电力系统和用电设备造成的影响,并以济钢热连轧生产线的SVC为例,讲解了SVC的基本结构、控制原理和主接线等内容。通过对比分析了SVC的投入对抑制电压波动、抑制谐波电流、提高系统功率因数等都起到了明显的作用。
Influence of idle power impact, harmonic current on electrical system is introduced. SVC technique was applied to hot mill of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co Ltd. Basic structure, control principle and main wiring of SVC are described. After SVC was put into operation, voltage fluctuation, harmonic current and power factor has been improved.
