China's Local Government Debt Burden and Its Countermeasures

本文分析了中国地方政府债务的基本情况和债务结构问题,对中国地方政府债务分级次和分地区负担情况进行了研究。文章在分析中国地方政府债务形成原因后,提出了化解地方债务的对策。

Based on the analysis of local government debt and the issues on debt structure,this paper studies the debt burden of local governments from the angle of level and region.It proposes some countermeasures on resloving debt issues after the analysis of the reasons for debt formation of local goverments.
