系统观视阈下的消费结构升级

Consumption Structure Upgrading under Systematic Perspective

消费需求是消费主体、消费客体和消费条件构成的多层次系统。文章分析了传统消费结构升级观的立论基础与经济现实存在的差距。基于系统的整体性,本文讨论了消费需求三要素及其子系统的相互作用和决定消费结构升级的演变路径;基于系统的动态性,研究了短缺经济向过剩经济转变背景下消费主体和消费客体的异质化;以及工业经济向服务经济转变背景下,服务消费与实物消费的结构演变;本文认为,基于系统的开放性,消费结构升级在借鉴国际经验的同时,应考虑"自然禀赋"和"政府政策"的独特性。

Consumption demand is a multi-level system consisting of consumption subject,consumption object and consumption constraints.This paper analyzes the gap between the theoretical basis of traditional view on consumption structure upgrading and economic reality.From the viewpoint of the integrity of consumption structure,it discusses the interaction between elements and subsystems of consumption demand and the determinant of the evolution path of consumption structure upgrading.From the viewpoint of the dynamic feature of consumption structure,under the transformation from shortage economy to surplus economy it analyzes the heterogeneity of consumption subject and consumption object;and under the shift from industrial economy to service economy it states the structral change of service consumption and physical consumption.And from the viewpoint of the openness of consumption structure,it considers that we should take natural endowment and government policy into account when learning from international experience.
