摘要 介绍了加气站天然气脱水的方法并就通常采用的吸附干燥脱水法中,干燥器置于压缩机前(低压脱水)和置于压缩机后(高压脱水)两种脱水工艺进行了对比分析,认为在高寒地区的加气站采用高低压联合脱水系统比较适宜,在常规的前置低压脱水系统的基础上,增加后置脱水系统,以避免高寒地区冬季冰堵现象的出现。 The water removal process system of natural gas in CNG fueling station is discussed. The water removal methods of natural gas in CNG fueling station are introduced, which can be classified by water removal process into pre-compressor way (low pressure water removal) and post-compressor way (high pressure water removal). Based on the comparison of two processes, the combination of high pressure and low pressure water removal is considered as suitable method for CNG fueling station in cold region in order to prevent ice blockage in winter.
