Human Error and Safety Control in Routine Oil Depot Operation

在油库人为失误模型的基础上,列举了油库日常作业中常见的人为失误,分析了发生失误的原因,提出了控制人为失误的两类控制方法:人为失误机率控制和人为失误一安全控制的基本解决方法。

Based on the proposed human error model of oil depot, the common human errors in routine oil depot operation were introduced; the reasons causing human errors were analyzed. Two control methods of human error including human error probability control and human error safety control were proposed. Human error probability control is to reduce individual error, and the human error safety control is to remedy and control the consequence caused by human error. The main solutions for common human error safety control in oil depot operation were presented.
