臭氧联合复方曲安奈德局部注射治疗肩周炎临床观察 被引量:6

Clinical Observation of Ozone Combined with Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periararthritis

摘要 目的:观察臭氧联合复方曲安奈德局部注射治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:80例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组臭氧联合复方曲安奈德局部行肩周痛点阻滞或肩关节腔内注射,对照组仅复方曲安奈德行肩周痛点阻滞或肩关节腔内注射。比较治疗前和治疗1、4、12周时两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),12周时评价肩关节功能。结果:治疗1、4、12周时,观察组患者的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。12周时观察组患者肩关节功能改善的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧联合复方曲安奈德局部注射治疗肩周炎,镇痛效果满意,肩关节功能恢复良好。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of ozone and compound triamcinolone aeetonide injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Method: 80 patients diagnosed with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group patients were injected ozone and compound triamcinolone acetonide into trigger points or shoulder joints while control group patients were only injected compound triamcinolone acetonide. The clinical effects were assessed according to the improvement of visual analog scales (VAS) and the function of shoulder joints after treatment. Result: The VAS of experimental group patients was lower than that of control group patients in 1,4 and 12 weeks ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with that of control group,the shoulders function of experimental group was improved in 12 weeks (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The method of ozone and compound triamcinolone aeetonide injected into trigger points and shoulder joints is effective for the treatment of seapulohumeral periarthritis. It can not only relief the pain, but also improve the function of shoulders.
